do you have the time to provide a patch with your changes for the 2.1.x
branch? We're currently facing encoding problems [1] with Dojo in Lenya,
and I can imagine that your proposal might fix them. Setting both
container encoding and form encoding to utf-8 and setting the
Content-Type header in Dojo [2] seems to work with Jetty, Firefox 3 and
Safari, but I'm not sure about any side effects.
I'll be on vacation for the next two weeks, but maybe someone else from
the Lenya community is willing to do the testing.
