I've committed a change to build.bat and build.sh, checking for the presence of
tools/ant/lib/ant.jar
The -deps package now includes NOTICE.txt and legal/ subdir
You may find the related dist zip files at
http://people.apache.org/~cdamioli/cocoon-2.1.12-rc2-src.zip and
http://people.apache.org/~cdamioli/cocoon-2.1.12-rc2-deps.zip
Could someone with better English writing skills than me update the README.txt
to explain the new behaviour ?
