Great news:

The jRPM project has updated it License to AS 2.0.
For example:
http://jrpm.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/jrpm/trunk/src/java/com/jguild/jrpm/io/cpio/CPIOConstants.java?revision=25&view=markup

We can get rid of the LICENSE-duplication and update the header of the
java-files now.

Torsten, I will not update the patch again, I guess this is ok for you :)
