- The Jira report is empty, a bummer but not a blocker.
- A lot of the "Useless parentheses." reports in PMD are valid, this is
Java, not C ;-) Should be cleaned up IMO. Not a blocker.
- Clirr is clean, good!
- RAT is clean, good!
- FindBugs reports 2 interesting issues, IDK if those were present in the
previous release.
- Code coverage is a dismal 40% in org.apache.commons.validator.util
