All of the subdirectories are in the file names on my mac. For example there’s 
a file named

“apidocs\index.html”

As opposed to “index.html” being in a subdirectory “apidocs”. 

I’m betting that the release plugin didn’t sufficiently accommodate for the 
file pathing properly so that it’s OS agnostic.
