The rationale for a 0.x was that the component is far from
providing all that was intended (namely most of the functionality
from the "o.a.c.math3.stat" package) to be moved over to the
new component.
However, it might entertain confusion to have e.g.
0.1-beta1
0.1-beta2 (fixes in the "commons-statistics-distribution" module)
0.2-beta1 (if some other module evenutally gets included)
...
Perhaps better would be to just stick to "1.0-betaX" for successive
releases (whatever the kind of changes).
The latter would be in line with having released version 1.0-beta1
of "Commons Numbers", where there is no room for changing
the version number.
