Exactly. This is an ongoing issue for some Vendors.

We could encourage Support Co to review branding and press requirements to make 
sure they don’t cross the line into misrepresentation of their relationship 
with the ASF and any particular project.

Agree. The only “blessing” would be if a concrete case is egregious. This is an 
ongoing task of PMCs, Press, and Brand.
