However, what puzzles me most is that Outlook could not even receive this auto-reply, this doesn't involve any other mail servers.

Because Microsoft is enforcing a policy which conflicts with the standard for DMARC.

A missing or broken DKIM signature should not be an exclusive reason for rejecting a message unless there is a DMARC p=reject policy and SPF either fails or is not aligned to the From header.
