Feel free to talk to Christian about it - there is a discussion in Slack where he announced his intentions https://the-asf.slack.com/archives/C0AUGCR0B1P/p1777055124290969?thread_ts=1777034610.831559&cid=C0AUGCR0B1P and It's best if discussion is there and in the proposal. For now - my change in #3 disables **all** private lists by default, yet allows individuals who have good justification that they believe it's ok to enable it for single lists - they can do it. If you have concrete proposals how to improve it - comments on my PR are most welcome in the meantime. We are also waiting with @rbowen for Christian to weigh in with his review before merging it.
