Just to add - for example we can have private lists of projects where things are discussed where members of the project could discuss things (such as security releated) and where they all consented to allow LLM for those. This is another example where such exclusions make sense and are completely legal - according to what Christian explained in the message on Slack. Again - I - similarly as you - have very little - and mostly academic - knowledge about those matters, I would leave interpretations and decisons to those who have the authority.
