I should also mention that we've got a backlog of issues internally which
we're actively working on.

Once this gets merged into apache we'll start utilizing JIRA for that.

Features that should be coming in the near future are:
- Contacts, Globalization and FileTransfer plugins
- implementation of the new cordova/lib scripts
- validation of cordova/build, run, etc against the newly agreed upon
definitions
- remove plugins.json logic now that it has been implemented in cordova-js
(as cordova_plugins.json)

I can add these as sub-issues right now if that helps with tracking.
