This is a heads-up for some fairly extensive changes to the
organization of the cordova-docs guide content. You may have noticed
a bunch of new doc-related JIRAs. Of these, #3827 revises the
content structure. It adds Overview & CLI sections, which are
currently in place. To avoid confusion, I've changed the various
"Getting Started" sections to "Platform Guides." The splash page now
collects links to *all* platform-specific content. The underlying
'getting-started' directory is now 'platforms', and I moved all
platform-specific content into various "upgrading", "webview",
"plugin", "config", and "tools" files. The "tools" pages are for
platform-specific command-line utilities, to avoid confusion with the
CLI. Note these platform-specific pages are still linked for now within
various topics in the top-level UI (e.g., plugins, webviews, project
settings); it's the location of the files that has changed. Most of
the other changes have been minor, like shortening some platforms'
directory names to match the stubs used in the CLI, e.g. wp8 rather
than windows-phone-8. Any concerns about this approach, please
add to JIRA #3827.

Thanks,
