make android support AutoHideSplashScreen
When AutoHideSplashScreen set to false, SplashScreen should not hide
automatically, even after sending the application to background and
re-opening again.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/njleonzhang/cordova-plugin-splashscreen master
