I'm having the exact same issues with Centos 6 at the moment. All of
these tests pass just fine if run individually. I'm working on a
refactor right now to deal with this issue. I don't think it should be a
blocker, as it only effects some systems. I'll post to the list when I
have a branch to test.

I experimented with running make check once a few times as make distcheck
appears to rerun configure, and I was manually specifying the js lib and
include paths. One one run I was able to get it to pass through test 3,
test 4 then failed, but the rest of the tests passed. The output on test 4
is:

Tests fail in first run as detailed in other threads, but pass if run
individually. In fact, I have identical failures as Alexander (kxepal)
running under Fedora 18. I'm working as outlined in another thread on
fixing these. Should have some time to dedicate to this very soon.
