If we're considering to deprecate it with further removing, should we move it
to the some separate repo?
There are a couple of opened PRs for jquery.couch on github, so there are
people who used and liked it and may be they will take support pillow in own
hands. At least there would be much more easy to contribute since you don't
have to clone whole CouchDB repo to make and send small patch for it.
