Mac binary build: I have not been able to get it to work properly. I'm not sure what else I could/should provide...
I've tried on 3 different Macs (all running 10.12.6), all which currently have a version 2.0 that was successfully running. (I unfortunately don't seem to have any Macs that never ran a copy of CouchDB...)
