This is sad because it might lead to undetectable Mango index gaps. For JS/Erlang code one can detect out of range output k/v with relatively modest effort (adding very simple conditionals into existing code ie). However for Mango index there would be no obvious way to detect omissions, which greatly undervalues Mango index idea in general. ermouth
