Sorry, I probably wasn't clear: I agree that, if {{.gitignore}} is already
"known" to the plugin as something to exclude by default, it makes sense to
exclude all the contents of {{.gitignore}}, too. I just meant that, as
[~hugo.hirsch] points out, the same goes for things like {{.hgignore}} too.
[~hugo.hirsch]: What you suggest sounds like exactly what's needed, if I'm
understanding it correctly. Thanks!
