Hi, In https://s.apache.org/rat-0.12-thread last month it was discussed to do a release of Rat 0.12 - but the thread went quiet.
I think this would be a nice time to release rat 0.12 as it adds many good fixes - more than a screen full on https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=12310750&version=12327566 Do we still have a volunteer to act as release manager?
