What is "it" - 2.5 or apache ctakes? -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Bleeker, Troy C. Sent: Friday, September 27, 2013 9:45 AM To: '[email protected]' Subject: RE: NCI references out of date
Google has it first for me, but big has it at 7. Troy -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Masanz, James J. For me when I search just on cTAKES, the Apache cTAKES site is higher than 2.5 in the results list. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Masanz, James J. It references Apache cTAKES as incubating though. And apparently is not prominent enough. I will update that and find a way to make it more prominent. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Bleeker, Troy C. The primary goal, as you say, would be to get new users (or old ones coming back) to the right place within just a few clicks. Should we A) update the other sites with each new cTakes version B) redirect to apache ctakes https://wiki.nci.nih.gov/display/VKC/cTAKES+2.5 I dont mean to harp on this issue, but it is the front door that I keep finding via Google searches for cTakes content. Which means many of our users may still be going to these other sites and getting stale info. Thoughts? Votes? PS: we have a new cTakes paper on de-identification about to be published any day now. WIll post when link is live.
