Hi I am new to cTAKES. I hope to use cTAKES/UMLS for 2 web services: (1) typeahead query against different vocabularies (diagnoses, medications, symptoms, etc). (2) annotation service - I pass in text and receive back recognized named entities
Can you tell me how I might achieve these? I take it that YTEX is the tool to use. I cannot figure out how to get started. Many thanks Dave Donohue
