The shipped checkstyle configurations referenced their DTDs with the legacy "Puppy Crawl" public IDs and plain-HTTP www.puppycrawl.com system IDs. Checkstyle resolves these from its bundled DTDs, but other XML tools that load external DTDs would fetch them over plain HTTP. Switch to the current "-//Checkstyle//" public IDs and the https://checkstyle.org/dtds/ system IDs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
