If the callback of an asynchronous client invocation throws, `JaxrsClientCallback` and `JaxwsClientCallback` never complete their future, so threads blocked in `Future.get()` hang forever. This guards every callback invocation: a callback that throws on success completes the future exceptionally with its exception, and a callback that throws on failure or cancellation keeps the original exception and adds its own as suppressed. Unit tests for both callbacks are included and fail without the fix.
