Ah ... forgot about this one ... Just asked the implementor of the new wizard, sitting right in front of me :) - in fact this is a, let's say, "usability regression" (a serious one IMO) which I encourage you to submit an issue for. I suppose the solution would be to simply call the old dialog when pressing this button, as in OOo 1.x.
