Hi, in case you are still interested, have a look at http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=77188
In case it works for you, let me know. (Andrew Zinn probably had dot (.) in his LD_LIBRARY_PATH). Bye, Joerg ovaldez wrote:
I've followed all installation alternatives for OOo 2.0 found on http://dba.openoffice.org/drivers/postgresql, but they all fail: after starting sbase, the upcoming dialog combo box doesn't show postgresql amongst the existing database options, although the Tools/Package Manager shows postgresql-sdbc-0.7.3.zip as installed and active Andrew Zinn recommended starting OOBase from the following directory: /usr/lib/openoffice.org2.0/program/ "For whatever reason, when I start Base from this directory, it can see the postgresql-sdbc driver. I have to start it from here every time though, not just the first." In my case, that doesn't work either. Please help.
