Agreed. I don't know the effort to implement this, but in every case
it's worth an issue in IssueZilla.

(Note that instead of a context menu, you could insert a top level menu
to database windows, and reach nearly the same this way.)
As a condition for this implementation, the controller should support
the interface ::com::sun::star::view::XSelectionSupplier
The good news is that this is fixed as issue 69740, and will be part of
OOo 2.4 (resp. one of the next developer snapshots).
