OK, I think that a linked page for these makes more sense, but link off
of the functions page. I don;t plan on doing that till all the entries

Added Aggregate function section over the weekend - cleaned up the table
formatting overall.
My target now is to finish the comments and examples for these aggregate
functions - the examples will be a bit more involved.
Hopefully have this finished by end of week.
