   ### Search before asking

   - [x] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and
found no similar feature requirement.

   ### Use case

As a Tech Lead and DevOps engineer. I want to be able to configure Mappings
for Jira based on Jira Components. For example in our Jira board we have many
different efforts that are not specific to one repository. We label these in
Jira with a component (i.e. "CLI," "WebUI," "API," "Database," etc.) There
does not seem to be a way to map these correctly without using a Jira Gitlab
integration. Which is also hard to understand the "Cross-mapping" section of
the Jira setup, it seems to be missing substantial documentation on how it
works. Not sure what it means {namespace}/{project}/{commit_id} there is no way
for me to fill in these values that I'm looking for vs just a general
expression. Please let me know if you need more information, just wanted to get
the discussion started. Otherwise the product is super cool so far, we're just
having trouble getting the DORA metrics we desire because Jira mappings I
believe.

   ### Description

   - Add a mapping field for Component in the Jira scope configuration
   - Document the Jira configuration better (Still unsure if we're using the
"Cross Domain" settings correctly and cannot decipher what it means.)
