Yes, those four in their entirety. There is also the rbac accelerator project which currently has both client and server components. The server consists of an openldap overlay which has not yet been published and in any case won't be moved outside of openldap. OTOH the accelerator client may one day be moved - especially if the apache directory supports the rbac extended operations.
