Thanks for the patch, but with some questions:
1. In PkinitAnonymousAsRepCodecTest.java, I think
kdcDhKeyInfo.getDHKeyExpiration() is not null, why should be null?
2. AbstractIdentityBackend.java, the doGetIdentityAuthorizationData() function
will always return null, where can we get the AuthorizationData?
