This is not absolutely trivial, even if it should be. Every time we fetch an
Entry, we have to rebuild its {{DN}}, which requires we rebuild it based on the
{{RdnIndex}}. Each {{Rdn}} we pull from this index will contain the information
we need to add the {{HasSubordinates}} attribute to the entry (ie, we know if
the {{RDN}} has descendant, and their number).
Sadly, this information is lost because we just get back the built {{DN}}.
Ideally speaking, we should also return the information when the function that
builds the {{DN}} is called (aka {{buildEntryDn}}) and use it.
Will try to have it implemented.
