Actually, we already inject the number of subordinates and number of children
in any entry that is returned to the client. This is done by the
{{processSubordinates()}} method in the operational interceptor. The
{{hasSubordinates}} attributeType could be added based on the number of
subordinates we have if it's > 0, but I think it's superfluous.
