A web app authenticates users via _connection.bind(userDn,
request.getParameter("password"))_;
An attacker submits a valid username with an empty password;
The library sends *DN* + zero-length credentials, the server replies *SUCCESS*
(anonymous), bind() returns normally, and the attacker is logged in as that
user.
