The application calls _connection.search(base, filter, scope, attrs)_ and
iterates _cursor.next();_
The hostile server responds with an _IntermediateResponse_ *PDU* carrying the
search's _messageId_;
The client thread spins indefinitely — the search timeout is never consulted
because _future.get()_ is never called again.
