A client using *RFC 5805* transactions receives an _endTransaction_ response
whose _updatesControls_ contains a control with* OID 9.9.9.9.9*.
_AddControl_ finds no factory and throws *NPE* at _factory.newControl()_,
escaping all _DecoderException_ handlers and aborting response processing /
dropping the connection.
