The big problem with linking your tracker in is your choice of tracker
software. Luckily, the tracker software that supports linking can be
dropped in in-place of your cuttent software.

If we link the trackers and adjust the torrents accordingly, the peers
will be available on all trackers in the cluster simultaneously.

A side effect of using a torrent maker with fixed-size pieces.

I will have automatic piece sizing in the torrent maker I'm making for
supplementing this project (p2p network hashes, etc)
