Could you tell us what file you had downloaded?
A URL instead of a filename itself would be much more helpful for us to
investigate it.
e.g.
http://linorg.usp.br/OpenOffice.org/stable/3.2.0/OOo_3.2.0_Win32Intel_install_en-US.exe

Other mirror servers can be found at

And what application software did you use to download the questioned file?
Internet Explorer? or else?
