Hi Ken,
Thank you for the details and checking mirror servers in both Brazil and the US.
Unfortunately, since this mailing list [email protected]
is intended to discuss among mirror server administrators, CD-ROM / OEM
distributors, and so on, we could not help your facing problem here.
User forum [1] or [email protected] [2] would quickly help your inquiry.

I hope you become happy soon with OpenOffice.org.

I cannot provide this information.
Very strange problem.
I have now searched and deleted all openoffice files, downloaded from a server
in the US and still have the same problem.
While in the unpack phase I can see the details of files being unpacked - get to about 4 or 5, then the program ends without and message!!!!
Have you seen this before?
I completed a total scan so no viruses on cpu..

Subject: Re: [distro-dev] OpenOffice Download problem from site in Brazil UPS BR
Hi Ken,
Could you tell us what file you had downloaded?
A URL instead of a filename itself would be much more helpful for us to
investigate it.
e.g.
http://linorg.usp.br/OpenOffice.org/stable/3.2.0/OOo_3.2.0_Win32Intel_install_en-US.exe
Such URLs can be found at
http://linorg.usp.br/OpenOffice.org/stable/3.2.0/
Other mirror servers can be found at
http://download.services.openoffice.org/mirrors/all.html
And what application software did you use to download the questioned file?
Internet Explorer? or else?
Thanks,
Tora

My download gets into the unpack phase then stops.
I think the problem is the site here in Brazil.
