thanks a lot for your mail. It seems there is problem with the download system.
I've now activated it with the backup system, so it should work as usual for
the moment. We will have a look for the reason that the normal system is not
working as.

I fixed the download server and it should work fine again, now.
Thanks for the time you took to write!
The root of the problem has to do with our setup of the download server --
there's an unfortunate bug either in the kernel or in the virtualizing
environment, we don't know which one, but it leads to a kernel memory leak
anyway, which requires manual intervention every few months.
