Hi Aina,

I'm very sorry but I don't know this problem or how to solve it. Have you already tried to get help via the usual ways:

http://support.openoffice.org

If not I recomment that you try the community forums. These are very well visited with volunteers who are eager to help.

Best regards

Marcus

Hello guys,
Thank you for your emails. I appreciate the quick answer!
I have tried to download Open Office again. This time, when I try to
install it, I do not get further than choosing a folder. The button that
says "unpack" keep being gray, meaning I cannot get further with my
installation.
Best regards,
Aina

    Hi Peter,

thanks a lot for fixing this problem. :-) I've now switched back the
links for download system to the normal service.

    Best regards

download system. I've now activated it with the backup system, so it
should work as usual for the moment. We will have a look for the
reason that the normal system is not working as.

virtualizing environment, we don't know which one, but it leads to a
kernel memory leak anyway, which requires manual intervention every
    few months.
