I agree 100%--the updated page looks great. The icons and colors are
perfect and really help guide the user to the appropriate part of the
page. In fact, I think I like your idea of putting user and contributor
on the same page: it's not as distracting as I thought it would be and
it does give an invitation to get involved without getting in the way.
