It hasn't been updated in a bit.
That style guide (its US version) has a number of formatting specs that
are not followed in the OOo US docs. I reverse-engineered it about a
year ago in order to make it fit--using what formatting I thought was
actually employed. Perhaps, I still have the amended version (having it
survive installing Visa Ultimate). I'll check.
