On the Documentation List I have suggested that Chapter 2 reuse material
from a tutorial that Mariano is writing, but otherwise the outline is
pretty much up for grabs. I've forgotten what you said your background and
experience are with databases in general and Base in particular, so I'm
reluctant to suggest a topic.
