quick read, and I think I should begin with getting them localized (in
this case in Bengali).
So, in the light of Frank's mail to NLC and this list - is there a
guideline for the structure I need to follow ?

becomes
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/FAQ/Overview/Overview_bn
or http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/FAQ/Overview/bn
Or, do I take it under:
