I think that is simply a case of the IntraWiki table not being fully
configured after the IP/server change yesterday. That change/fix is
coming as soon as we can get to it. There are a few other behind the
scenes things that need to be tweaked first :-) I hope to get to them
(including tweaking the Intrawiki table) today.
