I have updated most of the chapters of the Getting Started guide to
OOo3, and I hope to get the rest of the chapters done today. These
chapters need reviewing, mainly to see if what I included is correct and
if I left out anything important.
Please help! The files are on the OOoAuthors website:

They are also listed in the Review List on the first page of the website
after you log in. You may need to have Author privileges to be able to
download the files. You definitely need Author privileges to upload
files to the website. Please be sure to "check out" any files you are
working on, by changing their state to "Retract", to avoid duplication
of effort.
Further instructions on the use of the OOoAuthors website are on the
first page, http://oooauthors.org/en and pages linked from there.
If you don't want to bother with all that, I can email files to you and
accept edited files from you. I'm also happy to receive emails with
comments and corrections.
