user help, you're best to email the User Mailing list (see
http://support.openoffice.org/ for information on the mailing list and
other support options) or post to the User Forum at
http://user.services.openoffice.org/
To answer your specific question, are you actually going to
http://www.openoffice.org to download OpenOffice.org? Click "I want to
download OpenOffice.org" and then click "Download now" and you should be
able to download OpenOffice.org without any problems.
