Mostly due to Jacques' editing and svn mojo during the board meeting to address comments. :) Otherwise we would have waited a month. Nice work Jacques! The feedback from the board was mainly around the "additional contributors" clause in the resolution. That had to be removed. All that means is that one of the first actions as a PMC will be to invite those individuals. -Taylor
