Isn't 8 seconds still too long? Remember that the moment we connect
Tableau, it will frequently (via the ODBC driver) run several information
schema queries on nearly every query. I suggest we target INFORMATION_SCHEMA
queries to be millis in length. Not saying it has to be addressed here but this
still seems like way longer than we'd want for this type of query.
