Since we will have a discussion for long term plan of decimal type support
(tomorrow hangout), I think it makes sense to apply a small-scoped change to
fix this incorrect query result issue. For the overflow problem or decimal type
design in general, we could continue our discussion either in hangout or dev
list.
Based on that, I'm inclined to merge this patch. @amansinha100 , could you
please take a look at the new change, and see if it addressed your prior
concern?
